Cheerleading has been a big part of my life since I was five years old and continued through college at High Point University. Over the years, the sport has helped me build strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills. In addition to competing, I’ve had the opportunity to give back by coaching both junior high and varsity athletes, helping them develop their skills and confidence. I also worked at a local All-Star cheer gym, where I supported and trained athletes of different ages and experience levels while helping create a positive and motivating team environment.
