Hello there! My name is Renaughta Sam, and I was born in Georgetown, Guyana, a beautiful country in South America. I am an experienced competitive cheerleader for over 5 years at both high school and collegiate levels. I am passionate about empowering children to love and express themselves in a healthy way. I believe cheerleading is the perfect outlet to build meaningful relationships, physical and mental strength, and a sense of community and teamwork. I enjoy traveling, cooking, trying new foods, and of course- cheerleading! It would be amazing if I had the opportunity to expose our youth to the wonderful world of cheerleading. Although fun, it is a rigorous sport that helps build their overall stamina, endurance, and mental strength as well. I am currently teaching 3rd Grade as a Lead Homeroom teacher and my class is sports-themed, highlighting cheerleading and basketball- two sports I played in both high school and college.
