Since starting in 2018, I have developed into an experienced youth soccer coach working with players ages 2 to 18, focused on creating a fun, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that builds both skills and confidence. I design structured yet adaptable lesson plans that maximize limited time and space, ensuring every player has meaningful opportunities to learn and participate. Recognizing the barriers many communities face, including limited access to fields, equipment, and organized programs, I intentionally emphasize creativity, fundamentals, and small-sided activities that can be replicated in any setting. Through this approach, I aim not only to develop better players, but to create positive, accessible experiences that keep youth connected to sports and learning.
