Hi, I’m Ella LeBlanc! I have been involved in gymnastics for 13 years and have spent the past 5 years teaching gymnastics. I have also participated in cheerleading for 4 years and taught cheer for 2 years. In addition to my teaching experience, I have interned at elementary schools, which has given me experience working with children in different learning environments. My teaching philosophy is that every child learns differently. I believe it is important to be patient, encouraging, and willing to find different ways to help each child understand and succeed. I want the children I work with to feel comfortable trying new things, making mistakes, and celebrating their progress. Most importantly, I want them to have fun while learning and always feel safe, supported, and included. What makes my approach unique is my experience working with children through gymnastics, cheerleading, and elementary school internships. These experiences have taught me the importance of confidence, teamwork, patience, and perseverance. I enjoy creating a positive environment where children can learn, express themselves, and build new skills. Outside of working with children, I enjoy participating in gymnastics and cheerleading. I am excited to help each child grow, build confidence, make new friends!
