Hi, I’m Chef Sara, a personal chef here in Manhattan! I am so excited to start cooking with you! I graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology with a degree in Advertising and Marketing, and in the past five years, I gained enriching experiences at trail-blazing culinary establishments such as Eleven Madison Park, The NoMad Hotel, Dominique Ansel, and Ecole Ducasse Pastry School. My love for teaching people, my marketing background and cooking expertise led me to becoming a culinary instructor! I have been cooking and baking my entire life and own a small bakery business. Despite my love of making sweets, I have always been passionate about nutrition and expanding peoples' knowledge of it by making the cooking process fun! I like to describe my cooking approach as refined, eclectic, and worldly, with seasonality in mind.
