Interdisciplinary Youth Arts Education

Say Hi
  • I studied Buddhism and education!
  • I love working with my hands -- whether I'm sewing, baking, or in the garden!
  • I live with my partner, Jude, and our cat, Lilo!

I am a passionate young educator who strives in non-traditional, dynamic learning environments. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies with a minor in education from Cornell University; during my time at Cornell and since my graduation in May 2020, I have worked in various educational environments-- from after-school programs in the school garden to traditional school environments, to the basketball court -- my experiences are woven into my pedagogical tapestry. I strive to involve art, environmentalism, community care, and ideological genealogy in an equitable, safe, and exciting educational environment. Some of my favorite projects have been making "seed dumplings" with my garden club, crafting collages using foraged natural materials with our "Art with Nature" program, and making origami creatures from Greek Mythology with my 6th graders!
