ART in ME(mARTe), Like my last name. It's my life. I possess a wide range of abilities that combine innovative art and design principles. Furthermore, My expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and illustrator as well as conventional art and over 20 years experience allow me to play a crucial role in educating my students in Visual art. I came from a family of artists, One of my brothers worked in the fashion industry as a Fashion Designer, Another attended the High School of Music and Art which later was renamed La Guardia High School. I myself graduated from The High School of Art & Design and also graduated from Pratt Institute with a Bachelors Degree. I was an Art instructor for the Boys and Girls Club organization. I taught my students Landscape Painting, We created our own Comic book, I also taught Mural painting as well as Fabric painting, using all kinds of mediums and techniques.
Over 20 years experience as a Commercial illustrator.
Able to work and teach in different styles and all types of mediums.
Worked over 16 years teaching youth ages 6-18 years old.
