Hello! I am an educator, performer, and personal trainer.
I have a bachelor's of arts degree in Theater and a Master's of Arts degree in education.
Besides teaching and performing, I also make a gourmet mango and habanero homemade hot sauce!
I have taught in all five boroughs of New York from Elementary to College level. That includes classrooms with many students and private coaching.
I also have over ten years experience facilitating conflict resolution/restorative justice workshops, which I love. Society is in dire need of mediation and conflict resolution.
Personal training has been on a One in one basis, however I have coached sports and even won a basketball championship with a junior high school team.
As a performer, I have been in dozens of plays and several films. My background is in the Stanislavsky theory, and I also incorporate other creative approaches.
I have also produced plays and a film which have been accepted into various festivals.
