Hi, I'm Theresa – a dancer, fitness instructor, and choreographer with over 20 years of experience. Dance has always been my true love, and sharing that passion through teaching is something I find incredibly rewarding. Whether it's working with kids or adults, I thrive on seeing the joy and growth that dance brings to people.
I’ve had the privilege of being featured as NY1’s “New Yorker of the Week,” choreographing for local artists and the legendary Reggae/Hip-Hop artist Rayvon. I’ve also taught hip hop dance at Fordham University, including creating choreography for their cheerleaders. One of my favorite experiences was being a dance presenter at SummerStage NYC, where I led hip hop choreography workshops for all ages – an experience that truly brought my love for dance full circle!
