Hi! My name is Makayla Nesbitt, I am a multidisciplinary artist versed in drawing, painting, sculpting, textile arts, and graphic design. I also have 4 years of experience as an Art Teacher and Art Tutor. It is my passion to share my gift and knowledge of art with others. A lot of my teaching practices are guides of the basic art techniques while including activities that allow students to express their emotions through their work. My personal art and art business (notkilosart) reflect that, as well as my immense love for patterns in nature. I bring a fresh and unique style of teaching to my classrooms. I motivate students to develop a real love for the arts by developing their interest and ability for visual creative expression. My lessons encourage kid's to take a step out of their comfort zones and create without limits. I think that's one of the most important rules in art. To create without limits.
