Hi there!

My name is Sara, I'm 25 years old, and a NJ native! I graduated from Penn State in 2020 with quite a few pieces of paper. Shortly after, and quite unexpectedly, I started working with a tech startup employing AI and computer vision to help grocery stores prevent food waste. As the fourth hire, I worked closely with the CEO on executing vision and early-stage business building. It was messy, productive, and impactful.

After about three years total of engagement, I stepped away last fall to explore some personal passions full-time. I’m currently developing a personal brand that marries various levels of consulting with creative writing. It’s a work in progress and I’m grateful for a web designer that helps me boil things down and bring them to life. :) I'll be excited to share more on this soon.

And why am I here, teaching with Togetherhood?

Above all, I'm passionate about spaces and places that cultivate community, build skills, and help people of all ages enjoy life a little more. I love the mission of this organization and I'm excited to work with kids again. It's been a while since my days of formal teaching, yet my love for connection is still there. A friend referred me here, and I’ll be leading courses in digital entrepreneurship and engineering very soon!
