A lifelong martial artist. I have dedicated over 20 years to the study and teaching of Tang Soo Do and other Martial Arts such as, Krav Maga, Boxing TaeKwonDo . Beginning my journey at the age of 4, I embraced the philosophy of martial arts as a way of life, blending discipline, respect, and resilience.

As a passionate instructor, I have shaped countless students, emphasizing not only the precision of technique but also the cultivation of character. My classes reflect my deep respect for martial arts culture, seamlessly intertwining traditional forms with practical application, fostering confidence, and inspiring growth in students of all ages.

I found martial arts to be more than just physical training—it became a lifeline. Growing up with ADHD, I struggled to find focus and structure, but martial arts offered me both, transforming challenges into strengths and paving the way for a lifelong journey of growth and connection.
